How to return the product?
If your product is defective or faulty, please contact our support team so we can arrange a replacement. If you have lost interest in your product, please contact us and depending on the item we’ll see what we can do.
How to exchange the product?
If there is an issue with your product upon delivery, we are happy to replace it. Please contact a member of our support team at your earliest convenience.
How to place an order?
You can place your order by clicking on the ‘Shop’ link, adding the number of items you would like, and selecting ‘Buy Now’. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please contact a member of our support team.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, as per our Refund Policy. Please refer to this for more information.
Can I modify or cancel an online order?
Provided your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can cancel or modify your order online. Simply follow the instructions from your confirmation email.
What’s included in the package?
Your package includes whatever items you have ordered, instructions, and a copy of your invoice. Sometimes we’ll throw an extra goodie in too.
How do I track my order?
Order tracking updates are sent automatically, however you can also opt-in for text message updates too.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your location, however as a guide our standard mailing service uses the post, and our express postage service will display the estimated delivery time before you pay for the order. You can then use our tracking service to stay up-to-date.
